We can assist with every aspect of the transaction including contract negotiation and preparation, title examination, title insurance, advice regarding surveys, home inspections and financial institutions, and the final closing of the property.

Commercial Real Estate: Our practice entails virtually every area of land use including acquisition and development, construction law, condominium, apartment, residential and mixed-use neighborhoods, as well as IRC 1031 exchanges and landlord-tenant law. We also represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease preparation.

Corporate Formations: We serve our clients by forming and organizing new business entities, preparing partnership agreements, joint venture and operating agreements, and providing general advice and counsel on a variety of business matters.

Estate Planning and Administration

Estate Planning: Felt Law Group handles a variety of estate planning matters. We recognize a major concern for our clients is ensuring their hard work survives their death. Our clients depend on us for complete estate planning services including the preparation of wills, trusts and other documents. Our firm can also create family limited partnerships and other entities. The firm develops effective estate planning strategies that protect our client’s interests and objectives now and in the future. We work directly with the client and, where appropriate, the client’s advisors and accountants. Our goal is to provide sound business planning advice and to create an estate plan that achieves the client’s goals and minimizes the time and expense of estate administration.

Estate Administration: We provide full representation of personal representatives administering estates including filing the petition for appointment of the personal representative, preparing and filing the inventory of estate assets, paying decedent’s debts, distributing assets and filing an account with the Probate Court. If real property must be sold, the firm provides representation during the real estate transaction.
